LOG
This screen is called by entering "LOG" in the Open commandbox or by selecting "View - Log window" in the menu bar. It displays information about maintenance that is done to objects for the application that you are currently working in. You may also specify "LOG <application name>" in the Open commandbox, to view the log for the specified application.
The logging information is always for a specific day. By default this is the current day. The "Show Log of" calendar box lets you choose another date. The "Generation Set" listbox lets you filter on a specific generation set, or view the log across all generation sets.
Information about the following actions is displayed:
- placing an object in edit mode (locked)
- checking in an object (unlocked)
- object deletions
- revision changes i.e. when a different revision of an object is switched to
- changes to labels
The following columns are displayed:

Time that the maintenance was executed. |
Station |
Name of the station from where the maintenance has been carried out. |
Generation set |
Name of the generation set. |
Message |
More detailed description about the maintenance action that has been executed. The message describes the object, user and revision. |
Copy/Print LOG information.
Selected rows of the listview can be copied or printed. This can be done by using the right-click popup menu, or by using CTRL+C/CTRL+P.
