Alerts

The Alerts option shows a list of the alert messages generated within the AMT-COBOL environment. If wanted, a filter on the application, kind of alert message, date/time or source can be made. Under extra option it is also possible to filter on user and station. When there are open Requests pending then a warning will be shown as in the example below.

 

A search text can be used to filter only messages containing the search text. This search can only be done on time periods with a maximum of 24 hours.

When the Source exact match checkbox is checked the search will be done for an exact match of the Search Text, making the search much faster.

When an alert message is selected and the View button is clicked a detailed view of the alert message is displayed as shown in the example below.
 


In this view navigation between the messages is possible using the arrow buttons in the upper right of the view dialog.
