Identity Translation

Depending on the NameClaimType set in the appsettings files of the AMT web applications, it might be necessary to translate the OpenID Connect identity to an AMT user.

This tab shows a list of translations between OpenID Connect identities and AMT users defined on the system as shown below.

With an entry selected, it is possible to View the details of that entry, Edit the details of the entry, Copy the details of the entry to a new entry, or Remove the entry. When Add, Edit or Copy is selected, the following popup window opens (all fields are empty when adding a new entry).

The following options are available for identity translations:

• IdentityName: Value of the OpenID connect identity.
• User name: The AMT user to which the identity should be translated.
• UserDomain: Optional active directory domain of which the user is a member.
