File

Clicking on the File option opens the following drop down menu:

Open in new window
Opens a duplicate of the current window for repository items such as forms or reports. This creates an independent copy that you can work with alongside the original. Note that certain windows from the View menu (such as the Generation window and Revision Control window) cannot be duplicated.

Save
Saves changes in the currently active window.

Save All
Saves all changes for the currently active object.

Print
Opens the print window.

Import
Opens a window to import previously exported objects or applications from a file.

Export
Opens a window to export the repository or individual components to a file.

Exit
Closes the Developer Studio application. If you have unsaved changes, a confirmation dialog will appear before exiting.
