Security Components

The security components that can be activated are divided in three component type groups. One for the access to the Control Center, one for access to the Application Center and the third one for LionScreens. When the corresponding checkbox is checked the component will be accessible for users in the given role.

When a component of type Menu is not selected for a role all the corresponding Submenu components will not be accessible to the users in that role. The same applies to Submenu components and corresponding Tabs.

Note: the order of the components shown is the same as in the menu list of the corresponding Component type (i.e. Application Center, Control Center, LionScreens or Configuration Manager).

Application Center

Component	Item type	Description
ApplicationCenter	Application	Allows general access to the Application Center Framework and thus access to the applications via a Web Browser. When not set accessing the Application Center Framework with a Web Browser will result in being redirected to the 'NotAuthorized.html' page, or the 'CustomNotAuthorized.html' page when present.
Jobs	Menu	Allows access to the Jobs menu of the Application Center.
StartJob	Submenu	Allows access to the Jobs -> Start job submenu of the Application Center.
ProcessJob	Submenu	Allows access to the Jobs -> Job management submenu of the Application Center.
Stop Running Job	Action	Allows the stopping of running jobs in the tab Job management -> Running jobs by right clicking a running job in the list. The job will be stopped in a nicely fashion.
Kill Running Job	Action	Allows the killing of running jobs in the tab Job management -> Running jobs by right clicking a running job in the list. The job will be killed regardless of the state the job is in.
Interrupt Job	Action	Allows the user the send an interrupt to a job listed in the tab Job management -> Running jobs by right clicking a running job in the list and selecting an interrupt signal (value 0 - 3).
Wakeup Job	Action	Allows the user to send a wakeup signal to a job listed in the tab Job management -> Running jobs by right clicking a running job in the list.
Prints	Menu	Allows access to the Prints menu of the Application Center.
Print Show All	Submenu	Allows the User to see all Prints. When not set the User will only see the prints of his own role.
Messages	Menu	Allows access to the Messages menu of the Application Center.
Alerts	Submenu	Allows access to the Messages -> Alerts submenu of the Application Center.
Requests	Submenu	Allows access to the Messages -> Requests submenu of the Application Center.
Waitings	Submenu	Allows access to the Messages -> Waitings submenu of the Application Center.

Control Center

Batch Control Show all batches	Option	When checked the user of the Control Center will see all batches, otherwise only the batches started by the user will be shown.
Prints	Menu	Allows access to the Prints menu item of the Control Center.
Messages	Menu	Allows access to the Messages menu item of the Control Center.
Alerts	Submenu	Allows access to the Messages -> Alerts submenu of the Control Center.

LionScreens

Print Delete	Button	When checked the 'Delete' button will be available in the Job Management tab of the AMT Screens application.
Print Save As	Button	When checked the 'Save as...' button will be available in the Job Management tab of the AMT Screens application.
Print Show All	AMT Screens Tab option	When checked users can see Jobs from every user in the Job Management tab of the AMT Screens application. When unchecked users can only see Jobs in their own user group or Jobs started without a group specified.
RtQuery INQ	AMT Screens Tab	Allows access to the RtQuery tab of the AMT Screens application for reading only.
RtQuery UPD	AMT Screens Tab option	When checked the possibility to update records in the RtQuery tab will be available to the user.
Users Online	AMT Screens Tab	Allows access to the Users tab of the AMT Screens application.
Impersonation	Command line parameter	When unchecked the impersonation of another user with the command line parameter /u:username is not allowed.
Impersonation without password	Command line parameter	When unchecked and impersonating another user with the command line parameter /u:username, AMT Screens will ask for the password of the impersonated user before logging on to the application.
Impersonation of all roles	Command line parameter	When unchecked and impersonating another user with the command line parameter /u:username the impersonating user must be in the same role as the impersonated user. When checked all existing roles can be impersonated.
Show prints from other users	AMT Screens Tab option	When checked, all Jobs the user has access to, will be shown in the Job Management instead of only the Jobs owned by the current user. Also a filter option will appear on the tab, to filter on the username or show only the Jobs owned by the current user.
