Architecture

This section allows the administrator to view and configure all applications in the AMT environment.

Applications

The Applications tab lists all defined applications and allows entries to be added, edited, copied or removed. The application editor for this page exposes only the core settings below.

Name
Unique identifier for the application. Any naming conventions required by the deployment environment should be followed (e.g., matching the project name).

Description
Optional free text describing the purpose or scope of the application.

Logging dashboard webaddress
URL to the logging dashboard. Use a full absolute URL (including protocol).

Configuration setting
Select the configuration set (see Configurations) whose shared base paths, logging and runtime behavior definitions should apply to this application.

Configurations

The Configurations tab enables the administrator to add and edit reusable configuration sets. A configuration groups shared options that can be applied to multiple applications, ensuring consistency across applications.

Each configuration must reference base path, logging, and runtime behavior configurations. An application selects one configuration.

Description
Descriptive name for the configuration set. Suggested to use a meaningful label indicating its purpose (for example: Production Default).

Applications
Read-only list of applications currently using this configuration.

Base paths configuration
Select one of the available basepaths configurations defining shared folder and resource locations.

Logging configuration
Select one of the available logging configurations that define how logs are collected and managed for this configuration set.

Runtime behavior configuration
Select one of the available runtime behaviour configurations. Ensure compatibility with the intended application.
