Maintenance

To update AMT-Java, the binaries to run the backend and frontend need to be replaced with a newer version.

1. Obtain the newer binary files.
   1. Backend: control-center-server-pekko-<version>.jar
   2. Frontend: control-center-client-<version>.tgz
2. Copy the file for the backend into the <AMT Environment>\Binaries\control-center\backend folder.
3. Extract the contents of the frontend's archive 'package' folder into the <AMT Environment>\Binaries\control-center\frontend folder.
4. Update the startup script to be the same version number as the backend JAR file.
5. Run the Reorganize program and reorganize the System Database.
